- The 421SW denim from Pherrow's is sewn using the brand's original 13.5oz selvedge denim and features an array of details paying homage to the brand's roots in American reproduction. Woven in Okayama, Japan exclusively for Pherrow's, the 13.5oz yellow-line selvedge feature a heavy slub texture, deep indigo color, and rigid hand-feel similar to denim from the '40s. The jeans comes sewn with heavy flannel pocket bags and mismatched buttons as a nod to WWII-period denim where materials for production were scarce. Rinsed for more convenient sizing, the denim features a shrunken-grain cowhide patch, time-accurate stitching specifications, and custom Pherrow's detailing on the interior. Cut in Pherrow's Classic Straight fit; a traditional straight silhouette.

- With roots in near-identical reproductions of timeless American styles, founder Masahiro Shimura established Pherrow's in the early '90s as a pioneer in the "Ametora" (American- Traditional) scene often found on the streets of Harajuku. Since it's 1991 conception, Pherrow's has transformed, keeping their soul in classic Japanese-Americana, however, not limiting themselves to the conformity of carbon-copy reproduction. Creating garments beyond vintage with the desire to "make what they want", Pherrow's lends a whimsical take on classic styles.
